The Godhead

We believe in the eternal existence of the triune God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three are one in substance, power and purpose. God is the creator and sustainer of all things visible and invisible. He is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent.

The Lord Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God.  We believe in his pre-existence, his miraculous conception and sinless life. We believe in His substitutionary death for all men, His bodily resurrection, and His eventual bodily return to judge the world.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity and in His interaction with man during the new birth; when equipping them for service and on an ongoing basis to help believers live a victorious life. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as manifested by the fruit and the gifts of the Spirit.

The Sacred Scriptures

We believe that the Bible, the Word of God, as given by God and inspired by the Holy Spirit, is the highest and final authority of God in the church.

The Salvation

We believe that all men are born with a sinful nature and that the work of the Cross was to redeem man from the power of sin.  We believe that this salvation is available to all who will receive it by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Church

We believe in the Church as the eternal and universal Body of Christ consisting of all those who have accepted the work of the atonement. We believe in the need for a local assembly of believers for the purpose of evangelism and edification.

Resurrection

We believe in the Church as the eternal and universal Body of Christ consisting of all those who have accepted the work of the atonement. We believe in the need for a local assembly of believers for the purpose of evangelism and edification.

The Great Commission

We believe that evangelism is the obligation of every follower of Jesus Christ. The Lord commands us to go out and make disciples of all nations. We believe that each person is first responsible to evangelism in their own family as the Holy Spirit leads them and gives them the ability.

Ordinances

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has instituted two Ordinances for his followers to observe. We believe in the ordinance of water baptism by immersion in obedience to the Word of God. All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior should be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ. We also believe in the observance of  Holy Communion which points to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to save us from eternal death.
